This is not the most effective, but it's helped me, and it's the only thing I can think of without electronics: Buy a pack of elastics for your hair, and before you go to bed, pull your hair into a ponytail and put the elastic on. Take a shower at night and comb your hair out and use a bristle brush through it thoroughly. Apply Hang Straight to your hair while it's damp and tightly twist your hair into a cinnamon roll bun.
