i have curly hair, and i want to straighten it... how?

Straighten my hair?

You could buy hair straightners- you can get most now for around 鎷?0-40 in Boots but if you have really curly hair I'd recommend GHD's - www.ghdhair.com they're more expensive, around 鎷?00 but definatly worth it for the extra money :)

There's also the options of getting it permanently straightened, it lasts for a few months and you can get it done for around 鎷?80, theres more info on it here:

GO salon

straightening irons. They are really easy to use and have great results. You can get them for about 鎷?5 from argos, but of course the more you pay the better the quality.

if you have very curly hair you'd want to get a perm but if its just a bit wavy well get a ceramic hair straighner! thats a ll u need! and do it section by section!

tou can go to the saloon and get it permanently straightened or u can also use straightening irons like braun satinliner... its great! it also has temperature control.

You should get a perm ... Theres is a second option but you wouldnt really find most guys taking a straghting iron and straigthning their hair so a perm works really good.

You can find it at a drug store or beauty supply store

For instant hair straightening you can simply iron out your curls using straightening iron. For permanent hair straightening you can go to hair salon and opt for hair rebonding. Hair rebonding is cheaper these days but be sure to survey the price and also the level of expertise of the hairstylist. Hair rebonding would last up to a year depending on how you manage your hair.

If you want to style it straight use a hair cream with a straightening flat iron. if you want to straighten your hair permanently ( till the new hair grows out) you have 2 choices, one - a relaxer .. but it is a strong chemical and it may alter your hair follicles( the openings where the hair grows out , their shape determines if you hair grows straight or curly) and cause your hair to never grow out curly again (straight) or make your new hair grow out wavy . a second option is to use perm solution , use the curler chemical and comb into your hair ( comb straight to how you want it to be ) and after the processing time passes rinse out and pat dry, use the neutralizer to comb through your hair and leave for the processing time . then rinse. it is best to go to a salon to have them do it if you want the chemical solution to straightening your hair . In the end I would really consider the flat iron before the chemicals :).. that way if you feel like having curly hair again ( and you will ) you wont have to wait till all your hair grows out :)

use straighteners, also you can get creams that are specially designed for curly hair. dont forget to use something to protect you hair fomr the heat...

I have really thick, curly hair and I often straighten it. I use CHI products. I was it with BioSilk shampoo and conditioners and then use CHI Iron Defense spray-it protects your hair from heat. Then, I blowdry it straight-using a round brush which helps really dry and straighten out some of the curl. Then, I have a CHI flat iron-it gets very hot and has temperature control. I use Keracare oil on each section and then use the flat iron to actually give it a sleek look. My CHI flat iron was about 鎷?0/$120 and is worth the investment.
