How do you straighten your hair and add volume to it?

My hair is waivy and frizzy so I straighten it but now it just falls FLAT. How can I get it shiny and straight but to where it flows nicely not just limp and lifeless?

Use sunsilk anti flat shampoo also try just a wee bit of the ol hairspray after the straightening.

first off, when u straighten the top pull it up towards the ceiling. this makes it lay less flat. wat i do is i get aussie hair spray, and i flip my hair over and spray the bottom and the top. or u could just spray the top then put ur hands w/ ur thumbs just touching ur ears and push ur hair up. its all hard to explain but i hope u no wat i mean

you could use a hair product for the shiny-ness and for the volume after you straighten it flip your head over and spray hair spray while kinda shaking ur head and then flip ur head over really fast just kinda shake it with your hands a little and then it might look a little messy so then just brush through it=]
