You need to rinse it out and blow dry it first. Then straighten.

With a flat iron you will be safe, if you mean be chemical process, your hair will fall out, you should wait 2-4 weeks to chemically straighten.

My hairdresser does my highlights and then straightens right after, so I would imagine that you could too. Just make sure you use a heat protector to spray on first.

There's nothing wrong with straightening your hair after you dye it, but I would suggest waiting at least a few days. Because dyeing your hair will dry it out, straightening it on top of that (which also drys out your hair) will make it worse. I dye and straighten my hair too, and I use a deep conditioner after I dye my hair before straighten to help my hair get stronger before i use heat on it. Other than damaging your hair, which can be helped with certain hair masks and such, there's no problem.

If you mean - straightening via flat iron.., sure it's okay! You can do it right away...But if you mean chemically straightening, then you'll have to wait for 1-2 weeks so as to give your hair a break.
