It's definately not healthy to straighten or curl your hair everyday, but using product like leave in conditioner will definately help it. I would use a shampoo and conditioner that really helps your hair and is able to repair it. Just in case ; ]

Well the sad truth is you CAN but its still baad for you, Protection still only works to an extent! If you can try and straighten it for 2 or 3 days a week, because every time you trap your hair between the 2 hot irons your damaging the inside of each hair. This is why you can get split ends!

I advise not to but its your hair. Conditioners and heat sprays are good to use when you do but still every day! Give your hair a break!

I don't think so. I straighten my hair almost every day. I recomend using Vo5's heat protection serum. My hair is as healthy as can be. I wouldn't worry unless you have incredibly thin hair.

yes i think it would, even though you use a protector it still will dry your hair out and give it split ends ect..
