A lot of those Asian salons do hair straightening. I want to say they probably do it the cheapest. The prices will vary depending on the length of your hair. Not sure which area is closest to you, but you can go to Chinatown, Irving Street or Clement Street. I've seen the growing out period of people who have had the straightening done. Your hair will continue to grow out curly, so it'll be frizzy at the roots. You'll probably have to go touch it up every month.
