Best way to straighten my hair?

i have really wavy hair, and its THICK. and i like to straighten it - but once its straight - in 2 seconds it has a random curl. is there any tips, or something i could put in it that'll help to keep it straight. or a suggestion for a straightner tahts not expensive but GOOD.

I have wavy hair too...but I prefer it that way. Occasionally i find some very strong conditioners that take all the curl out of it and it lies flat. Mybe you should look out for these.

same for me I say. Best if you condition the end of your hair alot. So when u straighten it would heavy and stay down. If does go goes loose after straighten atleast it look healthly and good! Straightner that I can think of that are good are the ionic ones which sure cost around the 100s.

1. make sure you buy a cermaic straighener( the heat is distributed more evenly) revlon and conair have ones that arent too expensive.

2. Make sure your straightener has a controlable heat level you may need a higher heat level having very thick hair.

3. work in very small and thin sections( it may take longer but the look will be nicer and last longer in the long run)

4. to help keep it yous a shine serum or an anti frizz type product should help it keep the straight look
