Easiest way to straighten ur hair?

i need help everytime i straighten my hair it gets really thick i need help do u straighten from top to bottom..bottom to top do u make it into sections i need HELP!

Easiest way to straighten ur hair?

definately section it, section the front from the back. Start at the back, from top to bottom. Use a ceramic straightener. if this is something you will be doing daily, invest in a Chi straightener, the results last longer and this is an amazing straightener. Blowdrying it straight then flat ironing it will save time. Use products while blow drying it, something like matrix straight/ sleek look works great!

Easiest way to straighten ur hair?

Invest in a ceramic hair straightener. It saved my life! I blowdry my hair with a round brush as straight as I can, then I go over it with the ceramic smoother and it looks like I was born with straight hair!

But a straightener from the store.....they work really good...you can even get one for wet hair...and follow the directions..

if your hair is really thick you can go to the salon and have them thin it, what they do is use special shears to remove extra hair and give you a lighter head of hair! its great.

as for straightening it, section your hair when its damp and use a large round brush blow out 1 to 2 inch sections at a time until they are smooth and soft. work from the nape of your neck, to the top, and be sure to keep the wet stuff off your dry hair!

also

they make a really cool flat iron that you can use on wet hair, and it will steam your hair dry.

i have it and it works well!

i always use a frizz-ease serum in the hair before i dry it, to give it shine, and to control fly aways, try citrus shine, or bio-silk, or john Freida.

all very good

What I do is I wash it, use extra conditioner, let it dry naturally, and use a Conair straightener. I still get split ends sometimes, but not as quickly as the blowdryer will make. To straighten it, I pull my hair in a half ponytail (very loose so it doesn't leave a crease), And pick little sections of hair, start at the very top of a section, and go over it 2 times then brush it. It should get smooth if you use the right kind of shampoo %26amp; conditioner (I use TreSemme, but my hair has a baby-fine quality so it gets damaged and dried much easier)

the best thing to do is to buy a really good flat iron, like the chi or sedu. they're expensive but worth it. they leave even the thickest hair soft %26amp; smooth. look at the before %26amp; after pictures on folica.com.

i think the chi is great but i found that the sedu works better on my hair. i put a small amount of biosilk in my hair before i blow dry, and then straighten it with the flat iron, in sections from bottom to top. i have long hair and it takes me about 35-45 minutes to do my hair.

just make sure that your hair is completely dry before using the flat iron, also, try to iron in small/thin sections for best results.

after you get the hang of it, straightening will be a breeze.
