Need Help! Which is better for curling/ straighten hair, Relvon or Conair or anything else?!?

I have a hard time making my hair for when am going out to places. i need something that is like a 2 in 1 so it will be easy for me to do my hair without plugging more wires in my room. my hair iron curler, i have brought not so long ago, seems to be loosing it's heat, it cost me about $3.45 at Target. also it goes to the same thing with my hair staightener, it cost me about $7.00 (it was on a big sale)! but it also seem not to be hot enough. please help me i am in major trouble!!!! =[

I personally would use Conair, when buying a straightner you should make sure that it has an adjustable heat source..also if you have thick hair, it will seem as though it isn't heating up enough so you have to make sure to do thin sections. I hope this helped.. best of luck!

I use conair and i swear by it! i have been using my curling iron to curl and straighten my hair. i usually replace it once a year but they are only about 12 bucks and the best you can get without using a professional product, i also like that they have temperature control.

eta: i am also a stylist and conair does not rip out your hair lol um ok and also sleek by matrix is a product not a curling iron or straightener. it is a product to put in your hair before you straighten in, we also use matrix in our salon but we dont use it on everyone as not everyone has the same hair

DO NOT use conair, those things rip out your hair. They can also give split ends. As a hairstylist, i use matrix sleek.look on ALL my customers. It's the only brand my salon uses and reccomends. hope this helps!

in my opinion, conair is better. it all just depends how hot it can go. mines straightner and curling iron both have that turbo heat option, and that works great. it gets really hot and its super fast. plus, the iron was like 20, but the straightner was about 40 or 50.

The best hair curling or flat irons by far are made by Chi..yes expensive but well worth as they add shine and do not destroy the hair...remember to use a good heat protector on your hair as well.

first i think you need to buy something alittle more expensive!!!

but at the mall there are little stands that have straighteners and curling irons....

theres this one straightener that its a 2 in one...

it straightenes...curls...flips out and flips in hair!!

pretty cool...

but its $150
