My hair is black and is exactley 2 feet long! i really want to straighten my hair but it has to last long so i dont have to do it often. Can you also include the price to?
Is there a way to permanently straighten your hair?
There is a way, but it usually only lasts 3 to 9 months and is fairly pricey. It's called chemically straightening your hair, and is not advised for afros, bleached hair or pregnant women. The cost varies according to the length and wave of your hair, starting at approximately $450. It has the possibility of damaging your hair severely. I'm sure you wish to keep your long hair and I respect that, but I think chemically straightening your hair would be a bad move in several ways. I suggest you layer your hair in a way that the waves look fantastic, or maybe put some caramel foils through you hair to accentuate your length's beauty.

Is there a way to permanently straighten your hair?
Nope. If your hair is wavy or curly, there is no way to permamantly straighten it. You can temporarily straighten it with a flat iron or with a chemical process. Bear in mind, if you use a flat iron, you will cause heat damage, splitting and breakage and the more you use it, the worse your hair will look over time. I don't know about you, but walking around with a head full of burnt, fried, frazzled hair isn't my idea of beautiful.
Chemical straighteners are harsh and damaging, as well as very expensive. In addition, as your hair grows, you have to drag yourself back into the salon, to have the new growth done. Otherwise, you have straight length and curly roots. Not a pretty look.
Why not just rock the curl that God gave you? Be nice to your hair, nourish and moisturise it. Learn how to get the best from your hair and flaunt those curls.
Do you know how many women pay a lot of money to get what you have, naturally?

if you go to the right salon you can get a relaxer and they cost abut $45-$70, but you have to get it redone evey couple months or your roots will get curly again
