No. You will over process your hair. First color your hair. Then wait 7-14 days then buy a relaxer for color-treated hair. That is usually the mild formula.

i personally would NOT go for it. you will strongly regret it, it can cause your hair to weaken drastically break off there and then, the chemicals from the die can mix with the chemicals from the straightening and can turn your hair a very odd colour indeed. as far as I'm aware, the wait between such processes is at least 3 weeks x
